• Will train restaurant staffs in the fine points of wine service and illuminate the art of food pairings with wine

Basic Course

• Covers a broad range of wines and teaches the fine art of food pairing too
• Cost is  $50 per person

Grapemaster Michael Sarro established the grape school Feb. 1, 2005, but Sarro has been conducting classes since 1998.  His accomplishments in the restaurant and wine business span 40 years, and his stints as writer and stage actor set his witty delivery of food and wine schooling.  Call now to find how reasonable the cost of an entertaining wine event can be.
