| Before we ship any wine, you must first provide proof that you are at least 21 years of age or older.
- Proof is with a photo ID only, e.g., driver's license that shows your age is at least 21 years old.
- You must send us a copy of your driver's license with your first order, and we will keep this on file.
- You may mail, fax or e-mail us a copy of your driver's license. Our fax number is 440-333-9700.
We will ship via FedEx ground or UPS ground only.
- Shipments will go out either Mondays or Tuesdays to prevent wine from exposure to extreme temperatures while in transit.
- The person who signs for the order must present a photo ID before signing for the order.
Where we can Ship:
- Due to State and Federal regulations governing the limitations of shipping alcohol, we can presently ship wine directly to buyers or recipients in the following states only: CA, IA, ID, IL, MN, NM, MO, ND, NE, OH, OR, WV, WA. Please do not order if you do not see your state listed here.
